I dropped my car off for the past two weeks to get a key made ..I was told I will be called in a week ..no one call me about my car .i call this morning and I was told ..they waiting on the shipping and stuff ..it’s crazy how they have no communication at all .i had to use rental car for two weeks now .and why was I told a week when it’s going over two weeks ..really bad communication
$60 bucks to replace a key fob battery? Get real. $89 for an oil change? Get real.
Bought a vehicle in November of last with a crack in the windshield and our salesman Dana Wilks said they were gonna take care of it have there people that fix windshields come to us but hasn’t happen yet and now can’t get Dana to return calls
