I left a review about my mother's apartment, and they asked her about it twice, so they do care about your opinion and your reviews and that's wonderful. This apartment has a very good location to Walmart and the Seawall. Wonderful walking distance to local attractions. Very nice pool areas. Gated community.
I am in love love love with my new home! I already left a review before, but I just had to share again because everything continues to exceed my expectations. The apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the entire community is so thoughtfully cared for. The greenery and outdoor spaces always look amazing — it really adds to the charm and comfort of living here. I especially love taking my dog on walks around the neighborhood — it’s clean, quiet, and feels so safe and welcoming. The team here is incredible.... read more
Just moved into Village by the Sea and I can truly call it home. Morgan and Vanessa in the office are amazing—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Maintenance is quick, and everything was spotless on move-in. The apartment is spacious, beautifully renovated, and has great appliances. The peaceful nature around the complex makes it even better. I’ve lived in several places in Galveston, and this is by far the best—it definitely deserves a great review to give this complex the boost it deserves!
