Great location, kinda...i mean there's a homeless encampment right next to their fence facing randalls. I was followed home by someone who was sitting outside walmart. I just kept walking and called the police. Also, after signing a lease here, my phone started blowing up with spam calls... I'm guessing greystar sold my info. Edit: I am reviewing village by the sea. Management is more responsive to reviews than phone calls, most of the time you get greystar call center and not the office.

Nice place
I lived at Village by the Sea for 5 years while I was attending UTMB. During that time, the property was bought out by a new management company called Greystar. This resulted in the loss of amenities such as the dock, which just disappeared overnight. We gained new ones like the mandatory garbage pickup service, which is just such a good idea in an area that's hot most of the year and is home to lots of cockroaches. We didn't have any truly horrible experiences while living here, but when I finished school and got a new job ... read more
Quite, nice community. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Love the trash valet, trash picked up at your front door for a small fee.
