Update 2: I was contacted by an investigator from the DBPR. While the current law does not have the jurisdiction to handle all my issues with the management and board related to HOA nonsense (if you know you know), there is more transparency within the law and the department. I’ve lived here for about 5 years and love it. It’s well run and while management can vary, it’s generally well kept. Love the views of Dumfoundling Bay and being able to see the sky. I love children and enjoy seeing them play and enjoy watching dogs walking with their owners. Love the fact that there are people of all kinds here. A microcosm and a generally friendly one.
