Village by the Bay — extremely disappointing experience with security/management. My vehicle is a personal pickup used for travel (no commercial plates, no decals, no advertising) and it fits in a standard parking spot. The day before, I entered the property and was issued a parking pass with zero issues. On New Year’s Eve, security called towing and I arrived just minutes before my vehicle would have been taken.
