When I first attended class in May 2019, I had never tried a barre class Nor had I ever done group exercise. After a Praise n Pow{h}er class, I was totally hooked! The mind, body, spirit connection, rooted in a faith tradition, moved me (pun intended!) greatly. I immediately bought the trial Groupon. It was safe to say, I was hooked! This is the place to work out EVERYTHING! Mind, body (every single inch), and spirit. It’s all included here along with a positive environment and awesome, kind ladies to work out alongside you. I love this studio and method in particular and I’ve been to a number of “barre” studios. This is a great work out for injury prevention and growing strong physically, mentally, and emotionally. Took advantage of a free first class. I had a blast doing the class and felt very welcomed. Although the small movements didn't feel like much, my muscles were so achy for days. The class was very welcoming and had a great atmosphere. The instructor was understanding and helped with different poses and movements. I was also impressed by the relationships that the staff seemed to have with the customers. I had a great experience here!
