So this is in regards to Volvo Danvers only, a Village Auto Group dealership. But they stink! I recently had an email exchange requesting documents regarding my car. The saleswoman asked for my VIN and offered to provide them to me. When I then went to follow up, she told me to call service. Why did you offer to help at all if you honestly had no intention of doing so? I swear everytime I go there, I walk out appalled at their lack of hospitality. Want a Volvo, go to Jaffarian!
Sales Manager, Rachel is rude and dismissive. If you’re working in sales learn how to be a little more friendly.
Ordered an item on October 29th. Paid via PayPal. No email confirrmation, no invoice for item, nothing. Have called twice to see what's up with my item, to no avail. Avoid these folks and buy literally anywhere else.
