my daughter bought what she thought was a good car, two hours later we were back to return said card warning lights etc coming on. We were told they normally don't give money back but would see if they could get something done for her, she was literally shaking and upset at this point. The original salesman then walked in and the manager said Oh wait he just brought a vehicle back that is the type of car you were looking for with 3 seats. They say whatever the moment calls for. they will tell you many things and the truth is whatever they need it to be to keep people happy even if it's not true or a flat out lie
You people need to tell your customers correct times and days your opened we called yesterday 10x to make our car payment and no answer why hell say your opened til 5 p.m. We live 35 mins away and I was out of town and bf was on midnights and was told we can call in our payments but yet no one answers the phone!!!!
I have had ok luck with my car so far ...i have had to put mass air flow sensor on the car two days after I bought it...im going to talk to them about it when I go in today ...other then that the car is ok and they have not treated me unfair..just make payments as should and you will be fine ..thank you guys ...will be buying my next from them
Word of mouth is, avoid this place.
Overpriced. I tired to pay cash for a car that they wanted more than book value and wouldn't budge on the price.
