Family owned business embodying the American Dream
I was given their name by the insurance company and was a litte concerned. But I had another adjuster review the quote and was told it was fair price and the work was not inflated. They repaired damage to my truck when someone backed into me. They did a great job and was done in a week as promised. I would use them again.
Horrible. Their ad says Auto body repair. Really? I brought a pickup truck to them for an estimate on some rust repairs. Got an estimate and a 2 week time estimate for the work. Brought it in without the bed liner in it. After 5 weeks, YES 5 !!! Never hearing a word from them, I stopped in to check on the progress. There was NONE. They said they were behind. I would recomment Village Auto Body to anybody. The work was great and the price was too. They even found a way to save me some money!
Great service and fantastic people! My daughter had a close encounter with a gatepost where she worked and creased a few panels on the passenger side of my 2003 F-250. The finished work is superb. I was treated well, and understood my business was very important to them. I will recommend them without reservation to anyone that needs this kind of work done!
Had a Chrysler 300 and a Dodge 2500 with heavy hail damage. Took them to Village Auto Body and they did an exceptional job. People in the area have a high regard for their work and the way Ed and Carol Davenport treat the customer. Best in New England.
