Great service and helpful
Village Auto had great customer service. They were very patient and accommodating, and John made the process of buying a new vehicle so easy. I love my new SUV!
Darrell had a lot of patience with me because I knew what i was looking for and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Village Auto with Darrell! We ended up with a quality car in great condition at a fair price. Darrell was very easy to work with while not making us feel at all pressured in our decision.
No high pressure selling techniques, pleasant staffing, reasonably priced and fair negotiations! Was the easiest vehicle buying experience that we’ve ever had. Check them out, well worth it!!
It was nice to visit a dealership and not get a pushy salesman trying to only sell you a car. These people were very easy to talk to and the lady that approached me was very approachable. Made all my nerves calm down. Understood that buying a truck was a big decision. Got a good price and would recommend village auto. My mom went to them and now I did as well. Thanks for my truck and being treated like a person not just another sale.
I searched for months for a dependable mini-van because my wife wound up in a wheelchair and that was a more suitable vehicle for us. It was really getting frustrating and seemed hopeless try to deal with private parties and other careless dealerships, but BINGO! at 5A.M. after searching the net all night I found Village Auto on Hwy. 29 and they sold us a nice one at a GOOD price when your household budget is trying, but you surely need such a vehicle. John & Tricia truly thank you good honest people!
Staff was friendly and courteous. Both Chris's were thorough and professional. Truck was cleaned thoroughly on delivery and filled with a full tank of gas. Financing terms were excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership to others.
