I have heard past stories of the property managers. I was hesitate to move out of the neighborhood. Once I arrived to do my application, Ms. venus welcomed me and my family with open arms. My moving process was fast and easy. I have been living out the neighborhood for 3 months now and I must say the property manager makes sure the job is done.
I have been living at The Village at Western Branch since 2019. Every since the new property manager has taken over, it seems like we have moved to a different community with all the changes she has made. The property manager ensures that her residents are satisfied.
I have not had no AC in 2 months even before that the air conditioning unit barely works they have been Band-Aid my air conditioning unit for two months I have been in a 80 + degree apartment for two months rent office personnel has tried to get my AC fixed and have been unsuccessful for 2 months it took the regional manager two months to get back with me it is October 1st and I am still without the AC I asked the regional manager if I could talk to her but she told me her boss is none of my business this is a shame what me ... read more
