We stopped in here to check our tires when the gauge lit up. They were super helpful and helped us for free, with a great manner.
I had hit a big rock which high-centered my vehicle. I wanted to have the underbody inspected for possible damage. Greg got me in the morning that I called. The inspection was free of charge and was completed very quickly. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism.
My car's Engine Check light was on for hours before I arrived in Ashland, so I took the car in to these folks. After checking the computer and the engine, they explained that the check engine code was for a non-serious condition, and I could wait till after I went home (to California) before getting it fixed. Also they found two coolant leaks, but explained that they were minor and so I could wait and get them fixed at home. No charge for the diagnosis! I would go here again.
Continuous excellent service since I've lived in Oregon (over ten years.) Myles is fantastic. He's honest, reliable, expert, and kind . He always goes the extra mile for his customers. If it wasn't for Myles and the crew at Valley View, I'd probably be a pedestrian.
Wound up here after our windshield wipers stopped working coming through the mountains during a rain / snow storm. Manager was friendly, seemed to know a lot about Hondas, and promised a free diagnosis. After spending about 10 minutes removing pieces and another 10 trying to find the part we needed, he told us it would take a couple days before he would be able to get the part in hand. My Subaru Forrester's clutch finally went out right as I was passing through Ashland... Was about to go to the Subaru dealership (not open weekends) when I found this place. Myles talked me through each step of the process and was able to obtain a new clutch kit the same day. I'm driving out of here less than 24 hours from taking it in. Plus they have a free shuttle service- Frank the driver is a great dude. Highly recommended for their speed and customer service.
Wow!! So helpful!! The AAA guy that jumped my car recommended Valley View because they are certified AAA and open 7 days a week, which more than most anything in Ashland. Greg was very helpful and assured me he would what ever he could to help me out with the least out of pocket cost for me. I have been having battery problems for a while now. We received a call from our daughter driving back to U of O from California. Her car had developed a vibration whenever she applied the brakes. After a phone call and a quick search I found Valley view on yelp. Seeing it was Sunday afternoon I was happy to find a place to have the car checked out! They absolutely lived up to the reviews. My van miraculously broke down passing this shop while driving from LA to Portland. Turned out to be a broken valve, so I left the van with them as I went north for the week. Coming back it was done on time and driving great except somewhere in California the check engine light went back on. They spent time on the phone and came to the conclusion it was ok to continue driving. They told me to get it checked in LA and send them the bill.
