I absolutely love this place. The area is beautiful. The personnel working here is the kindest and sweetest I’ve met. The apartments are exactly what they said. Everything has been so smooth on this move in

I moved into The Village At Thirty Pines in July of 2019 and never considered living anywhere else. It has been my "home" up to the present, Jan. 2025. If your looking for a spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, extra amenities and exceptional service from the office to maintenance, "The Village" is the place to call "home." My husband and I enjoyed our time that we stayed at the village at thirty Pines. The property manager and maintenance staff were very professional and friendly. Very clean and cozy.
