I’ve been living at The Village at Thirty Pines for eleven years now and can say without reservation that it is a wonderful place. Maintenance is top-notch, the amenities perfect for all my needs, and I so appreciate how well the property is kept, including the seasonal decorations. But most of all, the staff, led by Meredith Goodness, who one can only call the best Property Manager in the business, is exceptional. Meredith, Just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you what an amazing maintenance/management team you have here (although I'm sure you already know :) You replied to my service request email in less than an hour. I moved into The Village At Thirty Pines in July of 2019 and never considered living anywhere else. It has been my "home" up to the present, Jan. 2025. If your looking for a spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, extra amenities and exceptional service from the office to maintenance, "The Village" is the place to call "home."
