I moved into The Village At Thirty Pines in July of 2019 and never considered living anywhere else. It has been my "home" up to the present, Jan. 2025. If your looking for a spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, extra amenities and exceptional service from the office to maintenance, "The Village" is the place to call "home." My husband and I enjoyed our time that we stayed at the village at thirty Pines. The property manager and maintenance staff were very professional and friendly. Very clean and cozy.
I originally signed up for a 6 months lease and ended up staying almost 7 years. It is perfect for the tenant looking for a quiet, clean and safe environment without all the bells and whistles. I have no complaints and would not be moving if life was taking me on a new adventure. Highly recommend.
