We spend 5 yrs at this location, made very good friends during our time as Tenants. Staff was always friendly, professional and attentive. Issues (not that we have many) were completed on a timely matter without delays. Being closed to the main road was fairly quite, good neighbors, centralized near just about anywhere you want to go. We would rent there again if we return to NH.

Although I only lived at The Village at Thirty Pines for a year, it was wonderful. Everyone was kind, helpful and respectful. I loved the covered carport and the apartments were clean, new feeling and bright! It is located near a safe neighborhood where you can walk and ride bikes. There’s a trail for walking close by too! The Hodges management was always helpful and friendly. They were quick to help and fix anything we needed. I’ve been living at The Village at Thirty Pines for eleven years now and can say without reservation that it is a wonderful place. Maintenance is top-notch, the amenities perfect for all my needs, and I so appreciate how well the property is kept, including the seasonal decorations. But most of all, the staff, led by Meredith Goodness, who one can only call the best Property Manager in the business, is exceptional. I absolutely love this place. The area is beautiful. The personnel working here is the kindest and sweetest I’ve met. The apartments are exactly what they said. Everything has been so smooth on this move in
