Although I only lived at The Village at Thirty Pines for a year, it was wonderful. Everyone was kind, helpful and respectful. I loved the covered carport and the apartments were clean, new feeling and bright! It is located near a safe neighborhood where you can walk and ride bikes. There’s a trail for walking close by too! I’ve been living at The Village at Thirty Pines for eleven years now and can say without reservation that it is a wonderful place. Maintenance is top-notch, the amenities perfect for all my needs, and I so appreciate how well the property is kept, including the seasonal decorations. But most of all, the staff, led by Meredith Goodness, who one can only call the best Property Manager in the business, is exceptional. Meredith, Just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you what an amazing maintenance/management team you have here (although I'm sure you already know :) You replied to my service request email in less than an hour. (Thank you! ) Kevin was here before I made it home. already had the washer figured out and moved right in to the dishwasher. Repaired same day. Works perfectly again. The new machine looks awesome!
