The new management is amazing, from a fridge light gone out to a draining issue, the maintenance was always quick and nice to schedule around. The mail room was a great addition for package safety and tenants are nice and quiet. I loved living here my third year of college and the room and in room washer was such a great perk. Never had any issues with management, the cleaned the snow early an efficiently, and gave out early notices for any changes. Very friendly. I would recommend for first time apartment. Wouldn’t recommend lanyone to live here they discriminate The amenities that are mentioned are not even on property like the outside grill, community room looks a goodwill with dirty furniture. Washing machines are filthy and filled with pet hair all on it. Also I had a section 8 voucher and when the inspectors tried to reach out to him he never returned their call and he turned around and used the eviction method instead (I have lawyers working on my section 8 discrimination as we speak) . Moving out was the best decision I’ve made last year. The safety concerns were so bad and management did nothing about it. They would never properly fix the emergency exits. There were regular non-tenants who roamed around the building, stole packages, and who were armed. Roach and mice infestation that was never properly addressed until I reported them to code enforcement. I tried to like this place and put aside the minor things at first, I really did, but it got to the point I just no longer felt safe living here. The man... read more
Not a safe place to live. Multiple code violations. People with criminal backgrounds. Mice in a majority of the apartments. Management tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing about it.
