I hadn't seen my family member in many years because of issues in the family. I was made aware that this family member was going to be donated to science when she passed. That upset me very much, and I was prepared to give her a proper burial when it was her time. Stay away staff was not friendly or compassionate with our elderly mother. We feel they pushed her out so they didn't have to deal with her what a shame on your part sprit trust. Never would I have thought a place could make family feel worse when going through such a difficult time. Never will recommend this place to anyone.

Not enough staff, you literally have to trapse through the entire building to find someone to help you. I was informed housekeeping is 2nd shift so residents bathroom trashcan, including those who are suffer incontinence, the trash waits til the afternoon. Unless a first shift aid takes it upon herself to empty the trash. Otherwise it sits there Smelling up the whole apartment.

My wife has been a resident of this nursing center since March, 2025. In contrast to some of the reviews posted here, our experience has been very positive. The staff, almost without exception, are kind, friendly and helpful. They have a good care plan for my wife and keep me informed about her progress. Best of all, the staff really seems to care about her as a person. I meet her for supper every day and I feel the food is good; their roast beef is wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility.
