We moved here Oct 2024 and have satisfied with LASL. The maintenance response is quick and repaired. The community could add another dog park, AND another playground. The community is large,
I have a client that lives there,and I visit every weekend. Their is ample parking, never had any problems visiting a lot of tennets have cameras, always a pleasure to visit
I have been fortunate enough to have never had issues living at apartments until I moved here. Literally the first week I moved in the water heater broke. While maintenance replaced it quickly, they did not bother patching up the huge hole in the wall they left in the closet from yanking out the old heater. Another time the pipe from the kitchen sink rusted and the maintenance man fixed it but took off the rubber gasket from the disposal which makes the kitchen smell and makes it difficult to use the disposal at all.
