The village at lakeside is ok. Nice community at times. I was notified that the rent is going to go up considerably. Thats fine, but if the property owners are going to charge that price then the apartments need to be upgraded and possibly remodled. Like the kitchen is way to small, the kitchen appliances are old, the grounds could be kept up better, add a gym, bigger playground for the kids, and a bigger pool. Competion will run you over if you dont.
Ive lived here since January and I couldnt ask for anything more from the management. For the amount of space in the apartments you really cant beat the price, not to mention the scenery is about as good as it gets. Its a little bit out of the way for students but for alot of people that can be a good thing.

I loved living at the Village at Lakeside. My family and I lived there for only a short time, but I would highly recommend any family with small children live in that community. The nice and peacefull neighbors make for a lovely living acommadation for any family. The property managers are a dream come true if you are a renter.
