It's an okay apartment. Not one of the nicest but not one of the worst.
poor maintenance. the guy living above the office is a weirdo. he use to go outside with no shirt & stand there looking at the kids playing when the playground was still here. too much activity going on at night & theres a an asian lady living there who seems to need help!!!
Don’t rent off of these people. We had a leak from the tenants above us since the end of December and hasn’t been fixed until 2 weeks after. We had left voicemails and phone calls, and no one ever got back to us. The final repairs were finished at the end of last month. Ever since the very first day we have noticed the leak, we have been trying to get ahold of the property manager (Joe) and we never got a phone call back.
