My fiancé & I were excited about looking at affordable townhomes in Johnston to expand out of our apartment. Our realtor contacted Karen, the HOA President, about the firmness / exceptions to the 45lb dog weight limit due to our very sweet (but larger!) English Cream Golden. Instead of a simple & professional response, Karen screamed at our realtor in a profanity laden tirade for daring to even ask. It's obvious this is only one small glimpse of the behavior owners will have to deal with. Buyers beware!
