Instead of worrying about a tax break from the government they should rent to hard working people who have the ability to pay their rent and bills especially when they have multiple units available and have been available for over a year not to mention a high turnover rate. I have tried to gain residency and I was told I make too much and to try again in 6 months. WTF??? So if my income goes down in 6 months and I am struggling then I can get an apartment...?

I lived at Village At Greenfield for a year and I wasn't pleased. The mantince department was very dissatisfieing to me. Every time I called to have them fix something in my unit like my heating and AC they always said they was nothing wrong with it but yet in the Summer time my unit never stayed cool and in the Winter time my unit never warmed up. Same thing for my stove. They never fixed it. I ended up firing it with a lighter. And the Apartment complex owner didn't help either. She always said call mantince. She never did... read more

We walked in was just told someone would be with you. No "Hello welcome to..." The lady who did help us acted like she could care less that we came in. She didn't even offer us a seat and when she was figuring our income she came up with a higher number twice (calculators are hard to use). She just said "you make too much" and turned away. Trying to be polite we said "thank you" to which she had no response.
