Only one star because the new property manager Ria is not very good at her job and I had to contact the property manager Brittany in Sidney to assist me. Great place to live if you don't mind waiting over a month for them to fix anything.
I do not live there but an elderly relative of mine does, and is always having problems with something breaking or water leaking somewhere for weeks. Right now this person is sitting in their apartment with no heat, and can't get anyone to answer their phone >:(
I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment that has a lot of room! It is a very nice apartment! The people are very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet!
I am very satisfied with the environment, safety, the maintenance staff, and Brittany as a manager.
I have never had any issues with management. They came to fixsomethingand evenofferedtochange my lightbulbs for me.
