I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and whenever I need something fixed, it gets the job done so fast. Like today, I needed 3 things to be fixed and Angel did an excellent job. He did it all in less than 10 mins. Bravo and keep smiling :)
I am writing to express my concern about the fairness of this property, which appears to be biased. They initially made an incorrect claim that I was a CPN, but this was later proven to be false. Next, they attributed the issue to my rental history, which was also found to be inaccurate. Currently, they are citing my new job offer as the reason, which is unfounded. We have been living here for about 6 months and I have to say, we love it. Besides the obvious factors you see like; being located at the lakes in summerlin, the property’s grounds are clean and well maintained, there’s garages, a beautiful pool that is impeccably maintained, and an indoor basketball court (alongside the under lap pool and gym) what more could you want in a place to live?! I moved in less then a week ago, When I came to tour the apartment, I was informed that some units had a $1,000 discount for moving in, and other units had one month free rent. After I applied, paid all the fees, and was approved, I was informed that the supposed promotion had already ended at the time of my application. I spoke with three people, and they all said they couldn't do anything about it. Also they gave me a paper saying “NO SURPRISE” $500 deposit and for me they charged one full month as a deposit.
