We have been living here for about 6 months and I have to say, we love it. Besides the obvious factors you see like; being located at the lakes in summerlin, the property’s grounds are clean and well maintained, there’s garages, a beautiful pool that is impeccably maintained, and an indoor basketball court (alongside the under lap pool and gym) what more could you want in a place to live?! I moved in less then a week ago, When I came to tour the apartment, I was informed that some units had a $1,000 discount for moving in, and other units had one month free rent. After I applied, paid all the fees, and was approved, I was informed that the supposed promotion had already ended at the time of my application. I spoke with three people, and they all said they couldn't do anything about it. Also they gave me a paper saying “NO SURPRISE” $500 deposit and for me they charged one full month as a deposit. I loved it here, we just moved in here and angel the maintenance guy helped us out right away with anything we needed. He was very nice and knew his knowledge! I called twice and he came both times and didn’t feel bothered or nothing. The front desk people are nice also, they are very very busy, but keep things running very well! If it’s in their power they will help you. Great decision to move in.
