Run by completely irresponsible people who do not care about their tenants. Will be irresponsive when needed.
Do not move here. I have lived here for over 5 years & they yelled at me when I tried to bring up the fact that I had bed bugs. I have developed very serious lyme disease and they refuse to help me with the bed bugs.
Do you like rats, roaches, termites, drug addicts, domestic fights 24/7, illegals packed 10 people in a unit, getting robbed, roof leaks, and Section 8 tenants that sublet their 1 bedroom condo with 8 people living there? Well if you do, come on down to the Village at Drugland.. I mean Village at Dadeland! This place is a rat hole!
