It’s just old carpets need to be upgraded and paint jobs are not good. My daughter had to Clorox the kitchen counters and cabinets as the had not been cleaned properly
I have been a resident at Village at Crossgates for four years. The management staff Melissa and Heather Black are bullies. Yes I have been behind on my rent more than once. But that doesn’t means that I should be bullied out of my apartment. I am tired of getting threatened emails about me being late on my rent. The fake smiles are fake they only care about themselves PERIOD..
I have lived here for a little over 2 months! It's nice and quiet! I love that Melissa and Heather in the leasing office. I really feel cozy and safe here, The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance crew are extremely helpful and p prompt
