Love the office staff
Came in for a tour and did not have an appointment. They were able to accommodate me and show me around the community. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional ! I will definitely be applying once I get closer to my move in date.
Unfortunately negative isn’t a rating. The Preserve on 51st street is a mess, dirty and often like 3rd world conditions outside. Process and procedures here are unintelligent/ counterproductive. Total failure all around. Seems like a bunch of uneducated children make the procedures and run the asylum here. Crime and drug dealers are rampant here.
