Why is the trash fee a different price each month. Nov $31 Dec $29 Jan $39 feb $32 .. I don’t even use the valet trash because you never know when they will actually pick it up. Michael is great but the women there at the front desk never know what’s going on or how to answer simple questions… mold and roach problems no one can seem to fix
The property was very clean well organized. Had a great experience. We were helped by Angel and he was very good at explaining things and helping us fill out the application. He has a great energy to him and very good with people in my eyes. He showed us virtual tours for the places we were interested in and the other we actually went in a saw. I had a great experience would recommend.
