Overpriced for what they are. Management stopped taking checks a few months ago so you're now forced to send a money order in person somewhere or pay online with a hefty "convenience" fee of roughly 3%. Oh, and rent went up over 200 dollars in less than 2 years. The 1bd floor plan is small and awkwardly shaped thanks to a useless integrated desk and insisting the patio have two doors.
