Loud and noisy neighbors that smoke weed all day and don't have jobs. Filed 5 noise complaints and the staff didn't care. Section 8 housing, the stairwells are filthy. They lie to your face about move out procedures and then tell you you need 2 months notice and steal your security deposit even though you left the apartment better than you found it.
Been here for almost 2 years great place very quiet and maintenance is great my only problem is they keep raising rent and with this economy people are going to be homeless
Absolutely horrible staff that works there. They are shady for multiple things and questionable about many things that they do. They will do anything in their power to not give you answers and take your security deposit. I waited almost a month for a response, emailed several times, called several times and no response. I've been here a little over a month, and haven't slept a full night since moving in. The people above me are extremely rude and loud. They let their child run/jump @ 5a daily and my apartment literally shakes from all the commotion-- even my dog gets scared. So hard, fixtures have falling off the walls. The noise even continues late in the evening. As a nurse that works dayshift its the worst! I've talked to them-nothing. They have no consideration for the family below them.
