Reached out multiple times over the course of a couple weeks. I sent various emails, tried going through the website, and even called to leave messages. I did not hear back from ONE person. Currently moving into a much more responsive place come May, but appalled that due to reaching out a variety of ways, a number of times I was straight up ignored.

I dont live there YET ! Hopefully I will but , Dawn the property Manager is very professional and detailed , Her answering the phone alone j, ust makes you feel very welcoming

Visitied Village Arms Apartment and met the property manager Dawn. She was extremely professional and caring. She answered all our questions and made sure we get what we need. Also the locality was nice. It was a great experience.

i just move in and i have had a great experience with the property manager Dawn. She is amazing caring and passionate about her job. extremely professional but friendly. i went to her desk with a page full of questions and she answered all of them. she is just astonishing. i couldn’t ask for more. she was the only property manager that i met that gave me such a great vibe and i went looking a lot of different properties. all i want to say is thank you Dawn. hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
