03/31/2025 Tony is great, consistent manager. Tony is the only good thing about this apartment complex. Facilities will never come on time, will enter with no notice, they shut off water on incorrect days, enter apartments and do work but they don’t leave “wet paint” sign or communicate what specific work is being done. .2022/2023 Things have gone downhill so fast since the new owners have taken over Communication regarding building updates and water shut downs are non existent. The appartment has gone down since the new management took over. The management under Monica was very amazing and better.

You will never know when the water will shut down. December 2023 another water shutdown with no notification. Tony W. does a great job as a community manager but the janitors are unprofessional and unpredictable. The janitors will shut off the water randomly without notification to tenants or managers. You will never know when the water will shut down. February 2023 2 water shut downs within 1 week and no notification that it was happening. Phone/Text it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get a reply. No wheelchair accessibility, all stairs. Old wall heaters using up a ton of energy, water leaking through the ceiling.
