This place along time ago had bad management yes but now has a awesome new manager she works from early to possibly 6 almost everyday ever since she started there the place looks so much nicer mulch laid down flowers grown everywhere nothing goes undone there<, and as for maintenance there is a awesome person he does everything that needs done that place is awesome!
I became unemployed and have done my best to keep my rent paid..I can never get ahold of the propery manager to discuss matters..When I got assistance through local organizations and got caught up..I was told in August that I would be on rental assistance beginning Sept 2010 and my rent would be reduced I was relieved.Now I'm told that someone else got instead of me.I recently went back to work and tried working with her by paying half the rent until my next check and se refused to accept it..Now she has filed eviction on me... read more
