My rent was 795 a month when I got this place 6.5 years ago and now it's 1195 plus they are now charging extra for utilities (used to be included). several times I've had maintenance orders reported as completed when they never even came to my apartment. It's quite, and it isn't the worse but there is quite a turnover in apartment managers and it's hard to know who to contact if there is an issue.
