Took my $ after I confirmed the apt I wanted. Then rented it the very same day to someone else. Then denied me afterwards. 70$ later. Wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.
Lived here for 2 years in two different apartments and have never had any issues! When our AC went out, maintenance fixed it quickly and was very kind. The property manager is kind and very helpful. I always recommend Village Apartments to anyone who is looking for off-campus housing!
Great place to live
Lived here for the longest time. Maintenance men never fixed anything properly. Called about stuff that needed to be fixed. Didn’t get fixed till 7 months later. Landlord is rude every time I talked to her. Office people were the only nice thing about the complex.
