We absolutely love it here! Tanya is amazing!!! The maintenance guys too! So quiet and safe, clean...there a couple small things but we absolutely love it here!
It's almost like they've completely forgotten about how the new management came in and said she would be making improvements. It was better before if you ask me, just trashy and ghetto now. Maybe the city of broken arrow needs to get involved to clean up the junk on the sides of the building and just bill the owners.
Peaceful quit I like my place
We have been here for almost 2 years and LOVE our little home we've made here. Management (Tanya) is the sweetest and so are the maintenance guys. We don't have any pest issues (They spray and keep up with it on a regular basis). The units are being updated beautifully and it's a great starter apartment to same money. We don't see ourselves moving for a long while. :)
