The neighbors are nice, the building stays clean, and communication with the office is simple and straightforward by phone and email. It's nice during the summer to look out and see all the flowers people put out on their balconies.
Moving to Bluemont has been the best decision I've made for apartment living! Heather made the move in process so stress free, and has been nothing but professional! Any time I've had to call/email the office, I have always gotten a prompt email/call back! Maintenance has been extremely good here as well! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Moved in here a couple a months ago and want to say it has been a great experience. Heather the property manager is wonderful has made living here a wonderful experience. She is very professional and very kind. Also the maintenance man Kyle is great any time there is anything that needs to get taken care of he is on it and takes care of it right away. Thank you for making our experience here great !
Worse place every. Moved out in May 2023. Heather did our walk through and said everything was fine. Only 1 spot on carpet by kitchen was torn but said it's OK, they can fix it since it connects to the kitchen and could put a metal piece over it. Didn't write on our walk through sheet any other damages. Only the window seal in every room and oven needed cleaning since we didn't get to that. Never received our 30 day move out explanation sheet and reason n9t getting deposit back. I emailed and called her. She must been too sc... read more
