We're living here now and in the passed year we've lived here theres been gunshots and the neighbors below us blast their music at 3 am. No respect at all. Plus we asked for our sliding door to be looked at, the guy came and looked at it, told us he'd put in a work order, then told us we need a new one and still nothing has been done about it 0/5 would not live here at all, even if it was for a small amount of time 🤔
Rented a place for 3 months while my roommates and I did fire fighting. Was there for maybe 3 weeks in total. Charged over $300 on our security deposit! claims we damaged stuff that was already broken. DONT TRUST THEIR CHECK LIST. Be smart and take pictures and give them a copy and keep one for yourself.
