Run, do not rent here. Caretaker bldg 4 is lazy. Hallways might of been vacummed every 6 months and thats a big maybe. Hallways smell like cigarettes and pot. Multiple times dog crap on landings and sidewalk. Black mold under sinks. Raise the he!! Out of your rent. Find a nicer place for the kind of money you will spend on rent. Oh and the pool they used an overdose of chemicals, and wasn't the cleanest. Sidewalks never shoveled or in front of garages. If I could give 1/2star I would.
Noise I live next door to the building caretaker, loud music most evenings. Complained to the office, helped the problem for a short time. Dog crap on the hallway carpet for weeks. No care taken here. Avoid this dump at all costs!!
Absolutely Awful We have lived here for 2 years. Management has changed twice. Our screen door was brokem when we moved in and didn't get fixed until a month ago. We've had outlets that the plugs fall out of and they said it was fine. They lose work orders for repairs and you have to constantly go into the office to get them to do anything. There was a monoxide leak that they ignored until a tenant called the fire department and there was a forced evacuation. Look elsewhare Twice in less than 3 weeks that I and another tenant have been locked out after hours. Once because locks were changed on entrance doors and then on apt doors. Both times after hours maintenance was and each time was told there was no one on site that could let me in. He said he would drive 45 min to let me in but after an hour I called him back and he wouldn't answer his phone. This was the end of November and beginning of December. They just don't care about people, until rent is due.
Awful!! Don't deserve any stars Buildings are filled with disrespectful tenants. Some of them are done right awful. I have been here all of 2 years and will be moving soon as possible! Mgmt won't help you much either they will say that they will yet there will be nothing done so don't bother nothing ever changes. Don't rent from here ur warned.
Pearl wood Have lived here for 3 years, new management but previous management was the BEST!!! Very reliable staff. Keeps building and outside kept up. Size of apartment is great and has a lot of storage space. Quiet area. Close to everything, stores, highways and school district is great.
Absolutely Awful Terrible management that doesn't take care of any problems residents are having. Our apartment was still dirty and not clean when we moved in. The no animal policy is not enforced, everyone has a pet living there. In the process of moving we had stuff stolen from our apartment, even though we had locked doors. Management takes no responsibility even though they were last in there.
Happy to be here! I just moved to this state & am very happy I chose this place as my home. The staff has been very friendly & helpful, like an extended family since mine is so far away now. The apartment is real nice & I love it!
worst place ever This is the worst place ever. from the loud kids, to the gross pound, to the HORRIBLE management and with the CURRENT manager not knowing how to talk with her residents. She doesn't know how to do her job I HATE THIS PLACE
