I am from out of town, but as I was driving down Hefner a dog crossed the road and almost got hit by a car so I scooped her up to take her to a vet, but the receptionist here refused to take her or help me out at all. She simply told me to “DROP THE DOG OFF WHERE I FOUND IT.” As someone who has lost an animal before, I am beyond appalled at the insensitivity and unwillingness to care for a lost animal. If they don’t care about animals when they are lost and scared I would never trust them with my beloved pet.
A friend tried to take an at risk animal to this facility and was instructed to “take it back where she found it”. Absolutely disgusting

I've been going here since 1965, when we moved to OKC! Wouldn't go anywhere else unless I needed middle of the night emergency. Dr. Giles is compassionate & staff is caring & helpful.
Dr. Steve will DEFINITELY be taking care of all our animals from now on. Professional, prompt, friendly staff and extremely comforting all around experience. THANK you all!
The doctor and staff are amazing. They take good care of all our animals and spend all the time we need to ask questions. We board our dogs and cats there and they get well taken care of and lots of love. I never have to worry about them.
