Sorry to hear they are not rescue friendly. =0(
Not punctual or apologetic and they’re not organized. My cat and I had to wait over an hour from the scheduled appt to be seen even though they confirmed with me on 3 separate occasions (I even came 10 mins earlier because they inputted the wrong address information).They don’t confirm with you what vaccines your pet is receiving nor the cost until after it’s administered. I will not be returning to this establishment.
