My vet referred us to Village Animal Clinic due to a dental issue that could not be resolved in his office. The staff and Dr. were fantastic, as my dog is very fearful. Her surgery was successful and they even called the next day to check up on her. They had some great payment options, and were very helpful in choosing a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend!
I would recommend Village Animal Clinic. They were very attentive to our dogs. The whole staff was helpful and friendly. They even called the next morning to see how our dogs were doing. 😀
Dr. Walker is wonderful. She always is nice, and explains things if you have questions. Our other vet would just ignore our questions and just make is seem like we where crazy. But dr. Walker really cares and is always helpful and kind to both of our girls, who are not always easy to handle. The vet assistants there are always helpful to.
My pets, from rabbits to dogs, have received the best of care from the great staff here. I have been a long time customer.
When our chocolate lab got sick back in November, Village was the only place that could get him in right away. We sadly knew he wasn't coming home, but doctor Hone did everything she could to try to let us take him home. Sadly, he didn't come home, but they took great care of us. 3 months after he passed, we decided to get another puppy. He has been seen by doctor Hone (and our 2 year old dog as well) many times and she and the staff are just amazing. They know us by name (I mean who would remember a cute German Shepard pupp... read more
I adopted Grandma, 14(?) year old German Shepard/Chow mix. She weighed only 40 lbs. She had very poor oral health and was in pain. A friend insisted that I take Grandma, who was very frail, to Dr Kavanagh since she considered him the best high-risk dentist. I believe that decision saved Grandma's life. Before Dr. Kavanagh performed oral surgery, she could hardly eat. She now has a much brighter future. Dr Kavanagh is a Miracle Worker to me. I can't thank him enough. The staff at Village Animal Clinc is so welcoming and knowl... read more
The Dr's there are great and the staff is just as good been going there for over 25+ years Dr Kavanagh in my eyes is a saint he is a honest man and does his best to give your animal the best care and then some he has saw me lose 1 dog and 3 cats and was so compassion about it I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture
We have relied on VAC to help keep our cats healthy and happy since 1988 and have never been disappointed. Dr. Kavanagh, Dr. Thompson, and the rest of the staff are consummate professionals, always commpassionate and always providing the best possible care. We love VAC almost as much as our cats and can never thank them enough!
