We are beyond grateful for Dr. Washington and the staff (especially Ms. Linda who I often speak with over the phone). Our pup has been suffering from seizures over the past few months and they have gone above and beyond providing multiple phone consults and assistance with medication. We love them!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words! Levi has been a wonderful patient and we look forward to continuing to assist you with his well being.
adopted a kitty 2 weeks ago, today her tummy is bulging at the incision, Animal Hospital of Dunwoody Village examined her within the same day, provided meds and follow up next week. (They've cared for our Sheltie for 13 years and have always been there when we needed them.) Professional, informed, and flexible.
they have a Vet, who pet parents rely on for accurate info, providing false info he heard off the internet without researching it himself. not all grain-free is bad. research the heart of the matter. it's how a couple of brands cooked their food without meat leaving the Potential for a TAURINE deficiency which can cause heart problems if undiagnosed.
I was most disappointed by my visit for vaccination and a forced check up today. The young new vet did a cursory check up, warned me that my 4 year old Pom had first signs of the two most common Pom ailments, and spoke to me as if I was an idiot (I managed two large dog based drug metabolism programs and vet drug dev program for big pharm firms in my past). I tried to ask a question about the difference in requirements as I was changing counties and she ignored me. I have never been so patronized in 45 years of dog ownership... read more
The staff and Drs are all caring and professional in their service. Dr Winter had been our vet for at least 15 yrs and we and our dogs love her ( as much as dogs can love vets). The staff is great too. They treat your pet as if it were their own.
I have been going to Village animal clinic for 30 years or more and I love their veterinarians. Dr. Winter and Dr. Mayberry are wonderful. The technicians are great as well as the front office people.
If I could give Dr. Mayberry and Dr. Winter a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. My family dogs have seen them for almost two decades and I would never dream of someone else seeing them while we are in Atlanta. My college is in the southern part of the state, and I make it a point to see Village for my dog's regular checkups. They are incredibly kind and accommodating while staying professional. My only complaint is that my exotics have to see a different vet!
Village Animal Clinic has a 4.6 star rating with 131 reviews.
