I wanted to give Carmel Village Apartments NO STARS but that isn't a choice. Carmel Village Apartments are the worst apartment anyone could ever move to!!! If you are thinking about moving there just walk away now!!! There is a reason why they are cheap. Here are a couple of reason NOT to move there. #1. Things are always something breaking. #2.
