Terrible place, you do not want to live here!! My front door was suppose to get fixed the day I moved in it wasn't square, and just kept getting worse , never did get fixed the whole time I lived there! My sink was clogged for 3 weeks (something to do with the dishwasher) And it was right before thanksgiving. So my holidays were upsetting, till the changed my dishwasher all together, but not with a new one , but it was new to me they said! Then the tub drain completely fell off!! Management does not take the safety and health of its residents seriously. There are no cameras and no locks for the individual buildings. A homeless man attempted to enter my apartment when my girlfriend was home alone and I was at work. When I returned from work, he was passed out by the stairs right next to our unit. Another time, I heard gunshots and looked out the window to see a 17 year old boy dead in the parking lot. This was never even acknowledged by management and when I inquired if there would be any steps taken ... read more
Not a safe place to live! There was a shooting just outside the complex. Homeless men sleeping in the stairwells. Water is continuously shut-off for maintenance - the complex has major plumping issues. Manager is slow to respond to fix problems. Pool keeps being shut down because of dirty diapers in the water. Generally nasty! Better to live in your car than at Hawks Landing.
