I genuinely regret ever living here. This was easily one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had, and the biggest reason was the landlord. The landlord was absolutely terrible to deal with. Communication was frustrating, the way tenants were treated felt disrespectful, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like you were constantly walking on eggshells instead of simply living in your own home. Travis doesn't like to do anything about the problems that are brought to his attention and he doesn't like people who are on a fixed income we had to call the fire department to come out and they got a high reading carbon monoxide and red flagged our AC then had us kicked out Travis is not a good landlord

I would recommend you don't try and rent here. We were trying to get an apartment here and experienced delay after delay after delay. This morning Travis told me that the apartment had cleaners inside and he'd call us when it was ready. This afternoon, an hour before close, my partner called him and he told us that the painters were in there and the cleaners wouldn't be there until Wednesday/Thursday. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My ac is out and it’s 100 degrees outside I have 3 small kids and I’m pregnant they acted like they fixed it once and then he came back today and said he would come back… me and my kids have nowhere else to go. The other lady downstairs said her air went out a few days ago also.. I have not been living here long and I’m already ready to move. AVOID!!! Will try to scam you when you leave and send a crazy amount to collections. The police are here 24/7 for repetitive problems, they might as well sign a lease here. Also, the amount of homeless people they allow to sleep on the floors at the apartments are insane and it makes the place feel unsafe and unsanitary.
