We booked a villiadiect vacation home for our family of 10. a year in advance. When we arrived with found some furniture in disrepair and the dishwasher broken and unusable for the week. in addition the house was advertised as having access to a small water park for the kids and we found this closed. In addition to the hardship of 10 people and no dishwasher on vacation the kids were disappointed about the water park.
If you enjoy a beautiful clean pool, DON'T rent 405 Captiva! We called maintenance twice-no resolve. They sent someone the first day who looked at it and said "that pool is dead!" and said he would send someone to fix it....never did. If you enjoy a clean, well stocked unit, DON'T rent 405 Captiva! The floors were filthy on our arrival and there were only a few towels and washcloths provided, which were stained and didn't look clean. As a well known travel agent with many years of experience, this company refuses to add my agent qualifiers so that I can get paid. My clients will be traveling in 2 months. At the time of booking, the agent stated that I could add my agent ID to the booking at a later date as long as it is before the payment due date so that I can be compensated for the transaction.
