Awful experience! During our rental stay (June 26th-July 1st 2020) the water was shut off by county for over 6 hours because the owner did not pay his $900 water bill. A property manager lives down the street and came over to our rental to say no visitors after 10pm and that he would come back to do a head count. Cops were knocking on our door @6am because of a break in on a car across the street. Neighbors mentioned that it happens often. Villa4UFlorida said that it does not and that neighbors are gossipers.
