We recently had contractors out to the apartments to do maintenance and they left a bunch of rusty nails towards the front of a lot of apartments. Mind you these nails are within a foot or so of my front door. I posted in the group information page so that other residents would know to be careful because i see kids run through the same areas with the nails all the time. 5 days later and still “pending approval” to be posted. The past two times you have come into my apartment when I am not home. My lights have been left on when I get home. I work morning to night and I have no idea what time you all come in and do your stuff. That is unacceptable unless you plan on paying my utilities. That means my lights can be on from 1 hour to 12 hours. Have some respect when going into other people's homes or don't go into them at all. Never had this problem before so not sure why its happening now.

I visited my girlfriend in her apartment. I was impressed with the location and the apartment itself was in good repair. Pretty safe neighborhood, definitely moving into her place instead of mine when we get to that point!

I lived here for 5 years. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 purely because of maintenance - they were great. What deserves 1 star is management. Every year, our AC or heater would go out (yes we would turn them on once or twice during off season). We were once out of AC for almost a week with no rental reimbursement or hotel reimbursement because they were 'actively trying to fix it'. Living in 85 degree apartment for that long should not be legal. They once gave us less than 24 hour notice that our water was going to be shut o... read more
