I’ve really enjoyed living here. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The grounds are well-kept, and the amenities are clean and convenient. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the location is very convenient for shopping and commuting. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
People with animals could do a better job of picking up after their pets. Just because it snows does not mean your dogs feces disappears into it. People are now walking all over dog shit and taking it into their homes and may not even have pets. It's very disgusting for a community that others live in. Please do better you have neighbors that share a yard with your animal.
I was given a referral rent discount and even after I signed all the paperwork for the discount on my rent for the next month, I was served with a notice to vacate for non payment of amount that was to be taken off my rent for the month. When I called the office regarding the vacate notice I was told to not 'worry' about it that corporate has not updated my account. The apartment is amazing. Anything that goes wrong gets fixed promptly. The property manager is kind courteous and responds fast. I could not ask for more in an apartment.
