Gale is an excellent host and is very welcoming and understanding. The property is professionally maintained and the living conditions are superior. This is by far the best apartments in this area of OKC. The monthly rate is comfortable as well. And the maintenance is quick and proficient. Highly recommend to new applicant families of all sizes.
These apts are awful. The manager is nice to your face, but will lie behind your back. Cockroach's everywhere, you pay $25. a month for trash to be picked up but they don't. Homeless people breaking into your property stealing items. Bottom apts flood in the back and they don't clean up the mess. Just a horrible place to live. Cops called all the time out there, many went to hospital because they were attacked by other residents and the manager doesn't do anything. Don't move here.
It's roaches everywhere mouses a whole lot of homeless people they breaking your apartment it's affected with roaches and rats
