The location cannot be beat
Was curious and looked up Villa Valencia. I shared an apt. there with a good friend way back in 1976-77. It was a brand new apt. complex back then and we rented a 2/2 for around $220 a month if I remember right. Glad it's still there! , brings back many good memories!.... and a time when Boca wasn't outrageously over developed like it is now.
Horrible management, cellular phone signals, and old building. There is reserved parking here and the rules are if someone parks in your spot, you can have their car towed. HOWEVER, it is really only management can have the car towed, not you. So if it is 2 am and someone is in your spot, you have to call management first so they can call the towing company to tow the car.
