Hi, my name is Ky and my husband and I were scheduled to have a spring wedding at Villa Tuscana. We asked to move our date or cancel but they won’t budge unless we pay at least an additional $3k. Please message me if you have experienced any similar situation with this venue.
Poor quality, poor values and not professional
Villa Tuscana Reception Hall handled the The cancellation of my wedding in the most unprofessional way ever. Brides beware! A year ago my husband to be and I were signing the worst contract of our lives. Not that anyone could have predicted this Covid out break but they are very dishonest and make sure to look out for themselves. We paid almost $13000 for a spring wedding just to have them tell us it was going to have to be in the summer. We specifically selected the venue for the outdoor area. exceptional place for your venues, great service, simply outstanding
Venue is by far the most convenient and affordable place. Definitely a one stop shop. I don’t recommend this venue if you don’t want your hosting party to be a part of your big day. Unfortunately that happened to us bartender and caterer were getting drunk with the party. Leaving the party to have to serve themselves throughout some periods of the night the most Infuriating part of this all is management tried to cover themselves up by saying they overlook the cameras and wanted to lie to us in an email.
