Recently I discovered that the HOA is not helping the property residents who are leasing or renting, not resident owners! The USPS had to replace the CBU mailboxes for the Via Mallorca address units due to criminal damage; and, the replacement keys for the residents were given to the HOA. But, there is no listing for contact with HOA or management for the units; and, USPS won’t give me any business name, address or phone number to contact them. I have been unable to collect my mail for 3 months!!!
I’ve lived here for 9 months now and I LOVE it. Not just like. LOVE. I’ve lived in San Diego for 6 years and have discovered renting is not easy at all.. I’ve dealt with it all : cockroaches, loud neighbors and bad property management, but villa tuscana is the opposite of all of those experiences. Villa Tuscana is quiet, clean, relaxed, conveniently located, and safe. I plan on staying here for a couple more years
What can I say. It's a appartment complex but clean
Our wedding was on 03.09.2019 and it was the LEAST STRESSFUL DAY EVER. Things went beyond perfectly. The staff was quick to help whenever needed, and all of our guests were impressed by the decor. We took out the DJ and the cake, but replaced that with our ceremony in the courtyard and it was BEAUTIFUL. We had both videographer and photographer that was able to capture 8-9hours of our day. We couldn’t have wished for a better wedding!! Zavala wedding 2019
