Great location, beautiful home, great boat access. Grace is great to work with.
So very nice to work with Grace and her crew. Multiple times they reached out to us to be sure we had all that we needed. The lanai area and pool is where we spent most of our time but the house was very nice, clean, and well supplied too. Would recommend to anyone and looking forward to a return visits.

My wife and I rented Grace's house for the entire month of February, 2025 and it was an incredibly wonderful experience. The house is in pristine condition. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed and located in the best part of Punta Gorda. It is within walking distance to Fisherman's Village and just over a mile or so to the downtown area. We were fortunate to stay here for the entire month of February, 2025 and it was worth every penny. Grace, the host, was communicative, thorough and pleasant. The house is fantastic. It’s clean, filled with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and located in a lovely part of town. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend to anyone considering renting this house.
