My wife and I rented Grace's house for the entire month of February, 2025 and it was an incredibly wonderful experience. The house is in pristine condition. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed and located in the best part of Punta Gorda. It is within walking distance to Fisherman's Village and just over a mile or so to the downtown area. We were fortunate to stay here for the entire month of February, 2025 and it was worth every penny. Grace, the host, was communicative, thorough and pleasant. The house is fantastic. It’s clean, filled with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and located in a lovely part of town. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend to anyone considering renting this house.

Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen! Everything was great! specifically loved the pool, blender, comfy beds and super fast washer and dryer! We will visit again and again!

Mi estancia fue buena la propiedad muy limpia y confortable , solo una sugerencia para las familias que desean rentar esta propiedad deben tener 70+ años, para familia menores de 70 años nos les va a funcionar por muchas restricciones que tiene,por lo demás todo fue bien
