I lived in these apartments for about 5yrs .. Melisa,is one special lady ,kind ,knowledgeable and very professional. David ,equally the same .. Was my 1st apartment in king ,accommodation for my pet Apartment was clean and never had any issues with details being promptly handled . I can't say enough great things about management and maintenance top notch . I moved out bc I needed more room for family to stay when visiting . Just a really nice place to live
I moved to villas on dalton a couple of months ago and Melisa and Dave made the transition smooth; small details were addressed quickly with a smile. The unit was clean, functional and the area is quiet. Again after a year the staff takes care of issues very quickly. I appreciate them and quite satisfied with my unit.

Quiet, friendly, but facility cleanliness could be better. Staff do what they can. Hire more help,
