I’ve spent a full year and I’m moved out, I’m ready to give a FULL honest review. When I toured the apartments I was shown an updated remolded unit. That is what made me want to move into this apartment complex in the first place. They told me the apartment I wanted was unavailable so I had to make do with an old unit. I was disappointed but I didn’t think it’d be that different. WRONG 1. The fridge barely works, they taped up the inside cause it can’t even hold anything. 2. I came in without an appointment and Teresa was very helpful. She answered all my questions and more. She was very kind as well.
Building C currently has a serious roach problem. Even the pest control workers who have come out to spray have acknowledged how bad the infestation is. The apartment complex is aware of the issue, but despite multiple treatments, the problem has still not been properly resolved. I have had my apartment bombed three separate times. The roaches will disappear for a couple of days, but then they return again. Staff very friendly and grounds are well maintained. Violet, Sheila, Juan and Albert are awesome!!! Lived here 9 years and counting!!!
