Great experience as a first time renters, Violeta was the best helper, she made everything run smoothly from being to end. Happy with results of the apartment couldn’t have asked for more.
Beware when you apply they will give you the run around on deposit and while you go to get cashiers check they will rent unit you agreed to on there website. When you offered same way to do deposit. Then give. You big run around on your application. Saying it's the process. They also disregard disabilitie
I recently relocated to Villa Toscana from California and I am sooo incredibly pleased with this move. The apartments are so cute and I adore my floor plan. The grass here is always lush, green, and clean. Very quiet complex no trash or nuisance on the whole property! Very nice amenities including valet trash service which I am grateful for on the 3rd floor! I’ve spent a full year and I’m moved out, I’m ready to give a FULL honest review. When I toured the apartments I was shown an updated remolded unit. That is what made me want to move into this apartment complex in the first place. They told me the apartment I wanted was unavailable so I had to make do with an old unit. I was disappointed but I didn’t think it’d be that different. WRONG 1. The fridge barely works, they taped up the inside cause it can’t even hold anything. 2.
